My purpose is to help enable people to be more involved with their personal well-being. As a personal trainer, I work to build a plan for each individual to give them the best chance of success that will work for them based on their needs.
And it should be just that. Personal. Every individual has different needs, and different bodies. Aryan believes that every person should be approached with a fresh lens, even those with the same general goals. There is a process to how this relationship begins to promote everlasting change.
Before any planning can occur, Aryan will sit down with each individual to really listen to their story in order to asses their needs. While a proper movement screening is an essential initial step prior to training, learning why each person is there can have an even larger impact.
Practice & Education
Now it's time to put the assessment to the test. Learning, training, instilling good nutritional habits. That's all maintaining a healthy lifestyle really is. Assess, try it out, and reassess.
Tracking weight/body fat is a good way to monitor progress. Exploring other methods of training and nutrition are a fundamental principle to Aryan. Building optimal health and well-being is a lot of trial and error as there is no one best way to do it.
